No tiering applies. LEO trading-fee discount therefore no longer applies (0). Derivatives = USDt-settled perpetual swaps, up to 100x. BTC withdrawal fee (0.00006 BTC) is from the public API endpoint pub:map:currency:tx:fee; USDT withdrawal fee is charged per transport network (ERC20/TRC20/etc.) and is not exposed in that map, so left null. Bank wire deposit 0.100% (min 60 USD/EUR).
